Approved provider listings may be publicly visible and may include the provider’s business name, business description, service area, services, website, telephone number, images, review links, pricing information, availability, and other listing information selected or approved for publication.

Bid Only providers are not publicly listed unless they separately qualify for and receive approval for a public listing.

Tidy NY City may accept payments through third-party payment services such as Stripe or through payment methods such as Zelle.

Payment-card information entered through Stripe is processed by Stripe under Stripe’s own terms and privacy practices. Tidy NY City does not intentionally store complete payment-card numbers or card security codes on its own servers.

We may retain transaction identifiers, payment method, payment status, amount, date, plan, verification information, refund information, and related accounting records.

Zelle transactions occur through the sender’s and recipient’s financial institutions. Users should review the privacy and security practices of their financial institution before submitting payment.
